Refund policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To practice your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HOEFE GmbH, Crellestr. 33, 10827 Berlin, Germany / Germany, e-mail: retouren@hoefe.berlin by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
For goods that can be returned normally by mail due to their nature:
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from return: for example, products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift certificates
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
Only partial refunds will be issued in certain situations (if applicable).
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at mail@hoefe.berlin.
Offer items (if applicable).
Refunds can only be issued for regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are excluded from refunds.
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at mail@hoefe.berlin and send the item to: HOEFE GmbH Crellestr. 33, Berlin, 10827, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the purchase when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift-giving person at the time of purchase, the refund will be made to the gift-giving person and the gift-giving person will be notified of the return.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
